2023 Dhangri murders: NIA court accused 2 for sheltering terrorists, working as their guide. Bharat News

The NIA court has made allegations against two persons under various sections of IPC and UAPA, not only 1 and 2, 2023 to provide food to the terrorists involved in the killing of seven people in the twin terror attacks in Dhangri near Rajouri city, but also to help them work as a guide and help them to hide after murder.

Nisar Ahmed alias Haji Nisar and Mushtaq Hussain alias Chacha were identified, the accused are registered in Jammu in high security Kot Bhalwal Jail.

The court also accused them under the provisions of the Juvenile Justice Act for using the services of the minor for illegal activities.

Nia told the court that on January 1, 2023, some militants entered some houses in Dhangri and set fire to four people and injured seven others. Another injuries succumbed.

The next morning, two children were killed and some other people were injured in an IED blast in the house of one of the victims. The IED was deployed by terrorists before leaving after firing.

Initially, an FIR was lodged at Rajouri police station, but later Nia rebuilt the case and investigated after orders from the Center.

During the investigation, Pakistan-based terrorist organization, Lashar-e-Tabiba participation, came out, NIA said. The accused, who appeared before the court through virtual mode, requested not to be guilty.

Special Judge Nia Sandeep Gandotra noticed that the allegations were very serious and sufficient material to show Prima facials that they not only harass terrorists due to criminal conspiracy and provide them with food and shelter, but they also served as their guide and helped them return to their hideouts after the massacre.

The accused were in contact with the terrorists for about three months and did not tell anyone about them despite receiving several opportunities, the judge said to the NIA investigation.

The judge on Thursday accused Ahmed, in addition to Sections 120-B and 201, Section 18, 19, 20, 38 and 39 of UAPA, in addition to Section 83 of the Juvenile Justice Act, in addition to Section 83 of the Juvenile Justice Act.

Mushtaq was accused under Section 120-B of IPC, Section 18, 19 and 39 of UAPA and Section 83 of the Juvenile Justice Act.
