Praising the NDA government for completing 11 years in the office, BJP National President and Union Minister JP Nadda said on Monday that the work done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in all these years should be written in “Golden Letters” as he has changed political culture, transferred the country to “negativity to optimism”
