Congress MP Shashi Tharoor returned to his multi-party delegation on Tuesday and said that many people respected the restraint shown by India in their response, while BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad said that his team gave the message that India’s response was at terrorist hideouts, and was flowing as an American or European as an Indian life. Calmness.

The delegation of Tharoor went to America, Panama, Guyana, Brazil and Columbia. The team led by Prasad traveled to the UK, France, Germany, European Union, Italy and Denmark, wrapped it on 7 June.

After landing at the Delhi Airport, Tharoor said, “We were all happy the way we went to get all the five countries. We thought we had good results everywhere. We had very high quality meetings-President, PMS, Vice President, very senior negotiaters.”

“In fact, many of the people we talked to expressed respect for the restraint shown specifically in their response,” he said.

“Not only does not everyone understand and accept our view, but even the reactions of American MPs were strongly in our favor … Pakistan’s situation is extremely weak. They claimed that they did nothing and India attacked them without attacking them, but no one was ready to buy that argument,” he said.

At a press conference in New Delhi, Prasad said, “We said that every Indian government wanted good relations with Pakistan. Prime Minister (Narendra) Modi called himself for his swearing -in (ceremony) and later also visited Pakistan.

“We discussed the historical relations between Pakistan and India. But today we (India) are the fourth largest economy, and they (Pakistan) still roam with a beggar.

“We told them about the Mumbai terror attack and the Parliament attack, and also said about the attacks of London, New York, Germany and France that each had some or other relations with Pakistan, either originated with terrorists in Pakistan or took their training there,” he said.

The delegation said that while the final IMF loan was taken by India in 1991, Pakistan had taken 25 IMF loans till date, which have been diverted to buy weapons.

“We said that the Pahgam terror attack took place on 22 April, while the speech was held on April 15 like a Mulla General and Jihadi General of General Munir,” Prasad said.

He said that India had killed only terrorist bases at night when it responded during Operation Sindoor, and informed Pakistan the next day that it had not damaged any building apart from the terrorist bases, and would answer whether Pakistan tried to strike back.

On the Indus Water Treaty, which used to send 80% water to Pakistan – something that Indian farmers could get – Prasad said that the preamble of the treaty said that it was to promote friendship and goodwill. “It does not exist today. We have kept the treaty in Abhay,” he said.

The delegation found Germany’s approach to India very positive and helpful. “We asked what is about the human rights of the victims of terror? He said that he agreed with us,” said and underlined that the country was influenced by India’s economic development story and digital progress.

“We said that Pakistan is the biggest factory of terrorism and has shown all the terrorists’ relations with Pakistan,” Prasad said, “The terrorists should know that they are not safe in their homes.” He said that the delegation member and Congress leader Amar Singh talked about the “narco-attitude” coming out of Pakistan in his discussion in countries.
