Two days after a video posted on social media, a young man “speaking in Haryanvi’s pronunciation” was pinned in the USA and on the floor at the USA – Handcare and on the floor – it is discovered that the person belongs to Haryana and illegally entered the United States. “Our consulate in New York has discovered that a person belonging to Haryana illegally entered the US without a valid visa and was being sent back to India as per court order,” said sources in the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on Wednesday.
“During his transit in Newark, he was stopped and accepted in a medical facility during his transit in Newark,” sources said.
A day earlier, Mea formally raised the case with the US embassy in New Delhi. Meanwhile, the Indian Consulate in New York has also been in touch with US authorities to determine the details of the incident. Mea sources said on Wednesday, “Once he is fit to travel, the person will be sent to India.”
Posted on X by Indian-American entrepreneur Kunal Jain, videos and photos showed an unknown young man handcuffs and crying at the airport on Sunday night. Jain tagged the Indian Embassy at Washington, DC and Foreign Minister’s Jaishankar in his series of positions.

Taking cognizance of the video, the Indian Consulate in New York said on Monday evening, “We have come in social media posts claiming that an Indian citizen is facing difficulties at the Navark Liberty International Airport. We are in touch with local authorities in this regard.”
The photographs and video clips, shared by Jain, have a young man restrained by the Port Authority Police Department (PAPD) officials, which is an agency responsible for law enforcement in the major transport hub in New York and New Jersey.
