India has launched “Operation Sindhu” from Iran to take out its citizens as tension with Israel. The Ministry of External Affairs (Mea) announced on Tuesday that 110 Indian students were successfully evacuated from North Iran and taken to Armenia.
A special flight carrying the evacuation sent the Armenian capital Yerevan on June 18 at 2:55 pm local time.
The flight will arrive in Delhi in the early hours of June 19, mentioned in a release of the ministry.
