In Felicitation event, Tripura CM Manik Saha urged students to enter politics for more and more good

Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha has urged the students to enter politics for more and more good, claiming that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has changed India’s political scenario since 2014, ending dynastic politics and to make the horizon wide for people capable with a minor background.

Saha commented on Tuesday during an event held at Aarartala Town Hall, where he implicated more than 400 students in Bardauli assembly constituency, who scored more than 60 percent marks in recent class 10 and 12 board examinations.

Saha said that the National Education Policy 2020, with focus on India’s heritage, skill development and practical knowledge, will play an important role in reconstructing India’s educational heritage, which is proud to learn ancient centers such as Naland and Taxila.

Saha, which also holds the education portfolio, said that Tripura has actively implemented NEP.

The Chief Minister said that with the implementation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s quality education vision, Tripura has recorded significant improvements in board exam results.

Saha highlighted the inauguration of new colleges and universities to help students avoid pursuing higher education outside the state.

The Chief Minister further said that girls who performed better than boys in board examinations in the state had a positive tendency.
