According to the ACB, in November 2024, Prakash authorized the Chhattisgarh Dishita Ventures and Om Sai Beverage without informing the Product Minister without paying more than Rs 11 crore to two liquor supply companies. Payments for the pending arrears since 2022 were reportedly made despite four Chhattisgarh-based placement agencies-the claims of ACB are part of the same syndicate-Blackist and due to about Rs 450 crore for the Jharkhand government.
