The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Saturday arrested a person in Mathura in connection with a case, including the sexual harassment of minors with the possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
According to the CBI, the accused has been identified as Shyam Bihari and was arrested on Saturday, who is currently in his custody.
The CBI said in a statement, “A case was registered on 17 June from Mathura on 17 June from Mathura, on serious allegations, against the construction, collection, storage and uploading of CSAM, CSAM was registered to portray minors in clear sexual acts.”
“The accused also had pornographic material involving children in violation of laws,” the statement said.
On June 19, the accused were discovered in the residential premises, resulting in seizing electronic equipment to increase.
“Subsequent forensic analysis exposed sufficient amount of CSAM in the form of images and videos. These ingredients were generated by Google with data from the International Children’s Sexual Abuse (ICSE) database with the Cyber Tipline Report (CTRS) and shared with the Cyber Crime Coordination Center (I4C).
“Examination and analysis of electronic devices revealed that minor children were raped, sexually assaulted, sexually threatened and his pornographic photographs were taken by the accused in Mathura. Intense And coordinated efforts, the CBI was able to identify, detect and save the minor victims, ”the spokesperson said.
