The United States has intensified the enforcement of its immigration laws, warning with its embassy in India that individuals entering the country illegally will face permanent disqualification for prison time, exile and future American visas.
The embassy said in the X (East Twitter), “The United States has extended immigration laws and removed illegal aliens. Illegal entry into the United States will have custody, exile and permanent consequences for future visa eligibility.”
The statement said, “Those who illegally enter the United States will face the time and exile. Climbing an expensive and dangerous journey will make you get into jail with a permanent mark on your record or back into your motherland.”

This warning follows a broad immigration crack by the Trump administration, including recent enforcement action in Los Angeles, California.
Earlier this week, the embassy also issued a new advice. Since 2019, American visa applicants need to present social media identifiers as part of their application.
In a episode of recent advisors, the embassy has underlined that obtaining American visa “is a privilege, not an right”, and warned that breaking American laws on a student or visitor visa can cause visa cancellation and future disqualification.
On 16 June, the embassy reiterated that the US “will not tolerate those people” who provide large -scale or illegal immigration facilities and said that foreign government officials are being imposed new visa restrictions and others have been found to be complicated.
