Rashtriya Janata Dal Leader Tejashvi Yadav was forced to duck moments for the cover on Sunday when a drone crashed on his podium during a political rally at Gandhi Maidan in Patna. The incident revealed the mid-speech as the former Deputy Chief Minister addressed a mob gathered for the protest ‘Save Waqf, Save Constitution’ organized in protest against the Waqf (Amendment) Bill.
Leaders of many opposition parties were present at the rally, many people wore black armbands to indicate dissatisfaction against the law. The sudden drone accident sent a brief wave of nervousness throughout the stage, although Yadav quickly weakened and continued his speech.
Split up the news agency PTIPatna SP (Central), Dixit assured that the case was under investigation. “We are looking at the incident. It was a restricted area and such an object should not have landed there. The police team was busy managing the mob when the rally was going on. But the case would definitely be thoroughly investigated.”

The NDA government in Bihar is “on its own”, Yadav claims
Using the platform to carry forward political rhetoric, the RJD leader announced that the NDA government in Bihar was “out of the way”, and if Mahagatdanan returns to power, she vowed to cancel the controversial law.
The Leader of the Opposition in the state assembly said, “Our national President Lalu Prasad has made it clear that RJD will oppose the teeth and nails of this law. Our MPs opposed it in both houses of Parliament. We have also shifted the court against the law.”
“I would also ask my Muslim brothers to remember in Bihar that the NDA government is on its way. In November, a new supporter poor government will be established in the state and it will send the Waqf Act to dustbin,” PTI Yadav, who is ready to lead the India block in the state assembly elections, which are going to be held later this year.
“The BJP, which rule the center and shares power in the state, should be reminded that freedom was equally won by the qualities of sacrifices made by Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs and Christians and no one should behave as if the country is the property of his father ((Somebody’s country is nahin), “He said.
