The Election Commission will soon upload the electoral roll of 2003 Bihar on its website to facilitate around 4.96 crore voters, whose names remove the figure on this part to engage with calculation forms for special intensive amendment of the list of voters.

A senior worker said that any person opposing the practice is also opposing Article 326 and hence he should clarify his stand.
Article 326 states that all eligible citizens should be included in the electoral rolls, and whether the characters of India or not, they cannot be part of the list of voters.

EC officials said that during the ongoing head in Bihar, the Pol Authority advised political parties to appoint their workers as booth level agents in all polling stations, rather than finding defects with electoral rolls.

On Saturday, the Commission said that all recognized national and state political parties have already appointed 1,54,977 Blass. They can still appoint more, it has been reported.

Bihar, so far, there are more than 7.89 crore voters spread over 243 assembly seats. Elections in the state are going to be held later this year.

According to EC instructions, the Election Registration Officer (ERO) of each assembly constituency will be responsible for ensuring that “no eligible citizen is released and no unqualified person is involved in the electoral role”, while making amendment.

Eros will satisfy himself about the eligibility of every person before entering his name in the electoral role.

The EC stated that each existing electoral, as is on the date, will be provided a calculation form through a blow. The electorate can download the calculation form from a dedicated website.

The blo will collect a copy of the enumeration form and sign the acknowledgment of the receipt on the second copy to maintain by the current electoral.

Based on the calculation forms obtained along with the documents, the ERO will create a draft roll.

The final intensive amendment in Bihar was made on January 1, 2003 as a qualifying date.
