Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha is expected to expand the cabinet on Thursday, which is in the second term of the Bharatiya Janata Party-Tipra Motha-Swadeshi for the front of the Tripura coalition government of the Tripura coalition government.

According to the Department of Information and Cultural Affairs, the swearing -in ceremony is to be held in the Durbar Hall of Raj Bhawan in Afrola in the afternoon, where a minister or ministers will be sworn in in the cabinet under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Manik Saha.

While there is no confirmation about the new inclusion, sources said that the ruling BJP MLAs are likely to administer an oath as ministers in the Tripura cabinet.

The 12 -member cabinet of Tripura has two empty berths. The current cabinet consists of 10 members, including eight ministers of BJP, one from one IPFT, one from Tipra Motha and one from the same party.
