Congress President Mallikrajun Kharge asked the Bharatiya Janata Party on Friday why the party’s constitution included the words “socialist and secular” when the leaders of the nations were calling to remove from India’s preamble.

In Telangana, Kharge said that 42 percent reservation for backward classes will be implemented in educational and employment and local body elections.
