Bharat bandh protest today live news: A union of 10 Central Trade Unions and Associates, including 25 crore workers, today (July 9) called for a general strike to oppose the “anti-activist, anti-formor and anti-national pro-corporate policies” of the Central Government. More than 25 crore workers in areas like banking, insurance, postal and construction are on a nationwide strike today, which is shutting down many services today.
