An eight -year -old cheetah named Nabha from Namibia to Kuno National Park (KNP) died on Saturday due to injuries.
“Nabha was badly injured a week ago, probably during a hunting attempt inside her soft release enclosure, during an attempt inside her soft release enclosure.
She was undergoing treatment for a week but died due to her injuries. He said that further details will be known after the postmortem.
After Nabha’s death, KNP is now left with 26 cheetahs, including nine adults (six women and three men) and 17 cubs born in KNP. Everyone is healthy and doing well, he said that two men are also doing well with KNP shifted to Cheetah Gandhisagar.
16 out of 26 cheetahs in KNP are in the wild and are very well performed. He has well adapted to the place of residence, learned to live with co-east, and is hunt regularly, Sharma said.
Anti-Ecto-Practical medicine for all cheetahs was recently completed.

The director said that two mothers, Veera and Nirwa, are healthy and doing well with their recently born cubs.
