The Congress on Tuesday killed Foreign Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, saying that India and China have made good progress towards generalization of bilateral relations in the last nine months, with Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha said that “now he is running a fully developed circus with the aim of destroying India’s foreign policy.”
