On Sunday, 26 -year -old Tusef was arrested from a guesthouse in Kolkata, allegedly killed 36 -year -old Chandan Mishra, against whom there were several criminal charges against him, a gang rivalry.
According to sources, after the Tausif incident, he was allegedly fled to West Bengal and had residence in Anandpur area of the city, from where he was arrested by Kolkata Special Task Force. Sources said that his brother, who had paralysis, was also shot in the leg.
Tauseeef will be produced in Kolkata court and eventually brought to Patna on transit remand. Meanwhile, three more suspects have been detained.
According to the police, the victim, Mishra, was facing several murder cases and being treated in the hospital. At the time of murder, he was out on parole.
An official said, “Initial interrogation has revealed that the conspiracy to carry out the murder was placed at the residence of Nishu Khan, one of the suspects arrested. The crime was mainly executed by Tausif. The other suspects continue to be interrogated,” an officer said.
According to sources, a second surveillance video before the attack was reportedly shown to Tausif at 7:13 pm with a backpack with a backpack with a helmet. Soon after, four other people, wearing all caps, join with him, and men briefly took them all in briefly before Tusef.

A senior police officer said, “At least six people are suspected to be directly involved in operation. Five of them, all of them, were carrying all the firearms, entered the hospital at around 7:20 am and shot Chandan.”
Sources said that preliminary investigation shows that the attack was orchestrated by Sheru Singh in a former friend-in-law.
The second official said, “Chandan and Sheru were once friends, but both fell out while in Bhagalpur jail.”
While Mishra was reportedly operated in Buxar, Sheru is believed to have kept his operation in Ara. According to sources, both have been reportedly linked to eight murders in 2011-including a high-profile murder of businessman Rajendra Keshari. While Chandan was initially sentenced to death in the case, Patna High Court appreciated it for life period in February 2020.

“After his arrest, Sheru was also out of jail, but was finally arrested and arrested again near the Indo-Nepal border,” the official said. “After both finally fell out, it increased in a turf war.”
Sheru, who is allegedly associated with a successor at the Tanishist Jewelery Store in Ara earlier this year, is currently recorded in Purulia District Jail in West Bengal in connection with another case.
“Chandan was released on parole two days before the incident. He hoped that the next day he was expected to return to Central Jail,” the official said.
After the incident, security arrangements in private hospitals have also come under investigation, Patna Police is suspicious of help.
