Siddaramaiah also said that while a win parade was postponed as a precaution, there was still a tragedy in the crowd near the stadium.

“Precautionary measures were not taken by allowing a win parade, but the increase in the crowd near the stadium was due to this tragedy. I urge everyone to always prioritize security – enthusiasm, celebration, or over the crowd,” he said.
