The Meghalaya police said on Monday afternoon that 24 -year -old Sonam Raghuvanshi is considered one of the major suspects in the murder of her newly married husband Raja Raghuvanshi, along with 21 -year -old Raj Kushwaha, who was arrested from Indore in a raid last night. A total of four people have been arrested in the case so far, while a police team from Meghalaya is on the way to Gazipur in Uttar Pradesh to arrest Sonam.

Superintendent of Police, East Khasi Hills, Vivek Simi said that Raj Kushwaha, who is suspected of being in a relationship with Sonam, was the “handlers” of the other three accused, who are suspicious as the attackers who murdered in Sohra, Meghalaya.
