'A dream fulfilled that spreads 3 generations': NEET-NG 2nd Topper has some advice for future candidates. Bharat News

Utkrash Awadhiya from Indore in Madhya Pradesh, the second topper at the medical entrance NEET-NG has fulfilled a family dream that spreads three generations.

“My grandfather had dreamed this to become a doctor of my father, but he could not. My father had the same dream for me and I always wanted to fulfill my dream,” he said. “I was also eager to learn about the human body and that’s why I decided to become a doctor.”

The bank manager, Atsh’s father Alok Awadhiya said, “It cannot fulfill my father’s dream for various reasons. Now my son has fulfilled that dream and proud of our family.”

Utkarsh’s NEET preparation followed a structured approach. His method included regular practice after learning the subjects. “After studying any subject, I asked the training module to ask the objectives related to those subjects. It was helpful.”

NCERT Revision formed the spine of its preparation. He said, “I used to study NCERT for all subjects during fortnightly tests. So a month before the exam, I had already modified NCERT more than 10 times,” he said.

Celebration offer

Error analysis was important for their success. “I also made a copy of an error analysis. After every test, I used to write my errors in those people and after every test I used to go to my teachers with my doubts.”

Utkarsh maintained a disciplined still a balanced approach to his preparation. “I used to study for 6 to 7 hours after coaching. I studied for 2 hours, then took a break of 15-20 minutes, during which I used to spend time with my family and friends. I also played games like volleyball and football,” he said.

Emphasizing the importance of those breaks, he said, “They helped me rejuvenate my energy and also increased my efficiency, helping me focus better for the next 2 hours,” he said.

Utkarsh said that he stayed away from social media and called it an distraction. “I never used social media during my preparation. I used it to stay connected once a week. Future candidates should know this – the less you live on social media, the better your preparation will be in two years. Social media is nothing, but a distraction and a waste of your time.”

However, he took advantage of technology like Artificial Intelligence for his studies. “I used AI during the final stages of my preparation to clean the doubt and prepare some questions.”

Utkarsh has clear goals for their medical career. “I want to chase my MBB from Delhi and MD from Delhi,” he said.

Their advice for future NEET aspirants is to focus on stability and perseverance. He said, “What their teachers are always saying.

Drawing from personal experience, he said: “I also used to get less marks in my tests, but in the end you will be able to clean the NEET if you are focused.”
