Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarpu on Monday addressed the Rajya Sabha on the investigation of Ahmedabad Air India Plain Crash and said that the Bureau of Aircraft Investigation (AAIB) is completely “fair” and is conducting the investigation according to “International Critis”.

Naidu replied that there are two types of instructions – one that every state is compulsorily and the other, such as Saib, is not required.
