'AAP is no longer a part of India': Party MP Sanjay Singh | Bharat News

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Friday removed itself from the India block, saying that it is no longer a part of the opposition alliance and questions the role of the Congress party in advancing it.

The remarks made by Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh came forward from an online meeting of leaders of India block parties to be held on Saturday evening to discuss the political situation prevalent in the country.

The meeting comes just before the monsoon session of Parliament, which begins on Monday. This will be held after a long gap as the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Coalition (India) constituent jointly considered the political situation of the country.

“AAP has cleared its stance. India’s block (2024) was for the Lok Sabha elections. We have fought Delhi and Haryana Assembly Polls on our own. We are going to contest Bihar elections singles. We fight with Bipol in Punjab and Gujarat. We are always Haj. PTI Video.

The party led by Arvind Kejriwal contested the 2024 Lok Sabha elections in Delhi and Haryana in an alliance with the Congress.

Sangting the Congress, Singh questioned his role in leading the opposition block.

“This is not a child’s game. Did he hold a meeting after the Lok Sabha elections? Was there any initiative to expand India’s block? Sometimes he criticizes Akhilesh Yadav, sometimes Udhav Thakere and sometimes Mamata Banerjee. India should have united. India is the largest party in the block.

On the role of AAP against the government, Singh said that the party is always strongly opposing the ruling spread.

He said, “We will do it with full force. India can do whatever it wants.”

After winning the Vishwavadar Vidhan Sabha Bipol in Gujarat, Kejriwal alleged that the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had sent the Congress to defeat its party by cutting its votes.

Kejriwal said earlier this month, “When the Congress failed, the BJP also reprimanded it. India’s block was only for the Lok Sabha elections. Now, there is no coalition from our side,” Kejriwal said earlier this month.
