Some BJP members of the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament (PAC) have learned that they express concern on what they see as examples of non-citizens and use it to reach government benefits and get voter ID cards. In his view, it needs to see how people who obtained the base in the initial years can be filtered when the system was less rigid.
