The Congress is demanding that Modi responded to Trump’s India-Pakistan “ceasefire” claims in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha during the upcoming monsoon session.

Since May 10, when Trump announced on social media that India and Pakistan had agreed to a complete and immediate ceasefire after a long night of Washington’s conversation, he has reiterated his claim on several occasions that he helped to settle tension between the two countries.

However, India continuously maintains the fact that at a request in Pakistan, it was understood to end the enmity after direct talks between the General of Military Operations (DGMOS) of the directors of two terrorists.

In a 35 -minute phone call with Trump last month, Modi strongly stated that India would never “accept mediation” and a discussion was started between Indian and Pakistani terrorists at the end of military works at Islamabad’s request.
