All these transactions are part of the ongoing SEBI investigation, which Ramesh has alleged due to sharing financial information by these and other tax-heaven countries and lack of pressure by India.

There was no immediate response to the Adani group to the claims, but it has denied all such allegations made by the Congress and other institutions.

The Congress has been in constant attack on the government as the Adani Group shares beat up an allegations in view of the US-based short-selling firm Hindenberg Research, making a litni of allegations including fake transactions and share-pris manipulation, including fake transactions and share-pris manipulations led by industrialist Gautam Adani.

The Adani Group has rejected all the allegations made by the Congress and others as lies, saying that it complies with all laws and disclosure requirements.
