Dehradun Defense Coaching Institute accused of making a student, 400 sit-ups for 'talking in class'. Bharat News

An 18-year-old man was allegedly designed to do 400 sit-up at the coaching institute in Dehradun for “Talking in Class”.

According to the police, an FIR has been registered against the mathematics teacher of the institute, Jai Singh, who made the student 400 seats on 400 July. The student, a Meghalaya native, was preparing for the defense entrance examination at the center.

Behind a complaint in a cedar Student Parents on July 14, claiming that the boy was unable to walk due to severe pain and swelling in his feet. A complaint addressed to Laban Police Station in Shillong on 14 July, was registered as an FIR at Vasant Vihar police station in Dehradun on 21 July.

“While struggling with pain, he somehow managed to participate in classes on July 7 and 8, but began to experience tremendous pain, cramps, and cramps and was taken to an orthopedic surgeon by his PG owner. Our son initially avoided informing us to avoid pain and anxiety, until his condition worsened and he was not.

The FIR said that he had emailed twice to demand action against the faculty member.

“He admitted that the said incident took place in the institution and he was informed that one of his teachers behaved unacceptable to our child, resulting in physical damage and further assured that strict action would be taken against the said person,” the complaint said that no action was taken against him.

“My son has remembered all his classrooms since then and has been suffering physically, mentally and emotionally. This incident has caused us to hurt us and created a lot of crisis for us,” said this.

The complainant said that the victim was asked to go to the institute for verification of documents, the complaint is accused.

He said, “It is not clear what verification they were talking about because all the formalities were already completed in April at the time of their entry. He also released a message to my son, in which he had asked to resume his classrooms from yesterday (15 July) as he did not inform him about his absence despite knowing his situation.”

Police station in -charge Pradeep Singh Rawat said that after the FIR was registered in Meghalaya, it was transferred to Dehradun under Section 117 (2) BNS.

He said, “We have started an investigation and investigated the crime site, class. The statements of the victim and his father have been recorded. The allegations are correct prima,” he said.
