Also a Chargesheet in case, The ED has also attached 43 immovable properties associated with Vadra and his institutions, including M/S Sky Light Hospitality Private Limited and others.
On Thursday, the office of the Vadra said that the current proceedings were “there was nothing more than the extending political witch hunting by the present government.”
“The Vadra is aware of the reports that suggest that the Enforcement Directorate has filed a prosecution complaint that is nominated as an accused before Rouse Avenue Court, Delhi. The court as a court has not yet got an opportunity to take cognizance of the case. All this, the truth will be strong and it will be approved for any wrongdoing.
The ED investigation was based on an FIR registered by the Gurgaon Police on September 1, 2018, who was accused of purchasing 3.53 acres of land located in Shikoppur, Sector 83 in the village, Vadra by Vadra via Gururashwar Private Limited on 2008 from Oonkeshwar Properties Private Limited by Wadra.
