Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday recalled Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s Indian National Army member Manipur Freedom Fighter Hemum Neemani Singh, as he was posthumously performed by the Bharat Vikas Parishad with Shah as the chief guest at the event.
