The incident, which was reportedly involved in a minor girl in 2019 and a police case in January 2020 was registered. The case was investigated by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and later presented its charge sheet against the IPS officer in 2021.
The court has registered that there are two alleged incidents since 2019. In its order, the court said that the matter has been in pre-testing for many years. With the hearing of June 18, the counsel for the accused had demanded the court’s instructions to call the investigating officer to produce 13 witnesses, who did not rely on time to submit the charge sheet.
