Intervening the detention fight for a five -year -old child between the child’s Russian mother and the Indian father, the Supreme Court on Thursday instructed the authorities to find the minor, hand over the child to the man and to ensure that the woman does not leave India. The person claimed that the child and mother did not know after 7 July.
A bench of Justices Surya Kant and Joylya Bagchi, who saw a serious view of the case, “including Delhi Police officers, Commissioner, without the loss of time and unconditional custody of the child, to direct the father to direct the ministry and the ministry of the house affairs and the ministry of the house and (Russian) to ensure this.
The court also ordered that the Russian mother’s passport had been confiscated and “MEA officials were instructed to talk to the authorities at the Russian embassy to allow the diplomat to enter the residence, which was finally seen in the mother’s company”.
This was the mother who approached the court on the dispute and the order was passed in the case from time to time. The pair were living separately in Delhi on court orders, along with the child care.
On 22 May, the court detained the father for four days a week, while the mother will have custody for the remaining three days.

This month, the father approached the Supreme Court and complained that the child and the woman were missing. She also claimed that she was seen entering the Russian Embassy in Delhi with a diplomat.
His lawyer told the bench that “Russian mother and child have disappeared in the forest”.

Justice Surya Kant asked the woman’s lawyer about her hideout, but said that he was unknown.
The bench did not apparently agree, Justice Kant commented, “You guys know everything … You think you can play mischief with us? We will also work to consult, not only the petitioner! You will wait for orders that we will pass at the appropriate time.”
