Some members of the Gurjar community staged a protest at railway tracks and after attending the Mahapanchayat, a train stopped in Bharatpur district of Rajasthan on Sunday, which BJP leader Vijay Jainsla pressured for various demands including reservation.
Mahapanchat of Gurjar community started in Pilupura at 8 am on Sunday and thousands of people from different regions attended it. During the meeting, a draft was sent to the Mahapanchayat from the government, which was read by Vijay Jainsla, who is also the chairman of the Gurjar Akhan Sanghrash Samiti. Subsequently, the meeting ended.
However, a section of the community expressed dissatisfaction with the government’s response, gathered on railway tracks and told Sawai Madhopur -Mathura Passenger Express in Fatehsinghpura near Bayana city, Harshit Srivastava, Pro, Western Central Railway.
Srivastava said that although the train was stopped, the presence of security forces in the nearby areas ensured that the law and order situation was under control, saying that all passengers were safe.
Soon, the Collector and Superintendent of Police reached the place, spoke to the protesters and the track, which is only 150 meters from the Mahapanchayat site, was cleaned around 6:30 pm.

When asked about the protest, Jainsla, son of the late Kirodi Singh Jainsla, led several Gurjar agitation on the Kota issue, said the entire community and leaders are happy with the government’s reaction to their main demands. “Most of the backward classes (MBCs) will recommend a proposal by the state cabinet to obtain 5% reservation in the Ninth Schedule of the Constitution and it would urge the Center (to ensure its passage). The whole community wanted that this is a legislative issue. We are all happy,” we are all happy, “PTI said that it is their significant demand.
According to the draft read by Jainala, the Minister will hold a meeting with the Gurjar Akhan Sanghrash Samiti in the next 60 days about the method of conducting MBC reservation and if necessary, a decision will be taken according to the law after receiving the legal opinion. The government also assured that according to the draft, a meeting of the committee of ministers will be held every 3 months in which representatives of the committee will also be invited. The first meeting will be held in June last week.

Jainla said that another demand was that a nodal officer should be appointed in every district to settle police matters against the members of the community during the Gujarjan movement. “The government has agreed to this,” he claimed.
Earlier in the day, during the meeting, Jainla accused her government of not fulfilling the promises made to Gujar.
On 7 June, State Moss for Home, Jawahar Singh Bedam held a meeting with members of the living community at a hotel to convince him to call the panchayat.
Bedam told Mediaperson, “I came to know about the Mahapanch and its demands. I spoke to CM Bhajan Lal Sharma about this, who said that the government is ready to listen to anyone. The community leaders should come forward and move forward their demands. The government will hear and take a proper decision.”
