The government said in the Rajya Sabha on Monday that this operation is ready to discuss all aspects of vermilion, as the opposition demanded immediate debate on India’s military response against Pakistan along with the Pahgam terror attack.
Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar also assured the opposition MPs to agitate that he would ensure a complete discussion on the issue as the members want.
Dhankhar said that he would discuss the issue with leaders of various parties, as he postponed the house proceedings by 12 noon between the opposition benches.
Several opposition members, including the Leader of the Opposition and Congress President Mallikrajun Kharge, had given postponement notices to discuss immediately after separating all the listed business.
Raising the issue, Kharge said that the repeated claims of US President Donald Trump said that he had armed to bring a ceasefire during Operation Sindoor between India and Pakistan to bring a ceasefire, “insulting” to the country.

House leader and BJP leader JP Nadda, while combating Kharge, said that the government is ready to discuss the issue in detail, and is “not running away” from any debate.
