Tuesday’s Karnataka High Court reprimanded its remarks that Kannada was born out of Tamil and refused to apologize, actor-royalist’s Kamal Haasan on Wednesday “thanked the entire kingdom of Tamil Nadu for standing behind”.
Appreciating the crew of the crew of his film Thug Life for his hard work, Haasan expressed his deep love for the Tamil language, as he mentioned the slogan of “Uyre, Urwee, Tamize” (Tamil is my life and my family) in his first public presence following the important comments of the High Court.
Incidentally, Haasan used the slogan “Uyre, Urawee, Tameeze” during the preacher program of his latest film, during which he made controversial remarks about Kannada. The 70 -year -old actor said that Kannada was born from Tamil, who protested by pro -Canadian organizations. The Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce (KFCC) warned that the film would not be released in the state until Haasan gave a formal forgiveness.
The actor appreciated Mani Ratnam, saying that Ace director had turned into a “cinema gani” and was excited to work with the latter.
Following the High Court rebuke, his production house, Raj Kamal Films International said he would hold a dialogue with KFCC and later announced that the film would not be released in the state.

Ragkamal film Ventures filed a petition in the High Court for police protection for the release of the film. Justice M Nagprasana suggested that Hassan should express regret if people’s sentiments in Karnataka were hurt by his recent comments on the origin of Kannada language.
In the first letter to KFCC, Haasan expressed his “pain” that his statement at the audio launch of the film was misunderstood and excluded from the context. He said that this statement including Shiv Rajkumar. The prince’s family was affectionately done, as he wanted to tell that he was from the same family.

Haasan also expressed his praise for the Kannada literary and cultural traditions, the warmth by Kannadigas, and his love for Kannada. He said that his bond with all the languages of the land was warm and he was against the dominance of one language as it would weaken India’s linguistic clothes. He said that as the speaker of the “language of cinema”, the purpose of his statement was to establish only a bond and unity.
Haasan also said that he hoped that his words would be obtained in the desired spirit and his affection for Karnataka and Kannada will be repeated. He concluded his letter to conclude that the misunderstanding was temporary and another opportunity to “repeat our mutual love and respect”.
Kannada and Culture Minister Shivraj Tanggat wrote to KFCC on 29 May, urging that all the films characteristic of Haasan be banned in Karnataka, if he failed to apologize. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah also weighed, saying that Kannada has a long and well -written history.
