Addressing a parade of police and Deputy Superinters of Probationers at Sher-e-Kashmir Police Academy in Udhampur on Monday, he stressed on intelligence-operated anti-terrorism operations. He said, “I have given an independent hand to Jammu and Kashmir Police Forces and security forces to deal with Jammu and Kashmir and terrorist eco-system,” he said.

Sinha said, “The complete elimination of terrorism from the soil of Jammu and Kashmir is our top priority.”

The Lieutenant Governor said, “We should create a good balance between tachint and Hamint to strengthen overall anti-terrorism efforts,” Lieutenant Governor said, congratulating all police officers and called them to maintain JK police values, traditions and ethos.
