Man accused of raping a French woman in Udaipur shoots advertising, cast short -time actors for Bollywood films, India news

The survivor, the police said, had been living in Delhi for some time and was involved in many modeling projects. She was reportedly for an advertising shoot in Udaipur.

“Siddharth met the French woman on the night of the crime, when some crew members went to a cafe. He somehow applied her to go on a long drive. From there, he forcibly took her to her rented house and according to the woman’s complaint, we have arrested the accused.”

According to sources, the suspect cast bit-part actors in several projects, including Bollywood films such as Salman Khan-Star ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ (2015) and Akshay Kumar’s ‘Khel-Khel Mein’ (2024).

The survivor was admitted to a private hospital and has been described as stable. In his complaint, on the basis of which an FIR was lodged on 24 June, he alleged: “I reached Udaipur by bus from Delhi. I was there for a holiday. At night, my friend and I went to dinner. I came to our table after a while in the evening. He proposed that we go out for a smoke, and then took me to a drive”.

She goes to accuse: “I requested her to go home several times (to my hotel), but instead she took me to her apartment. There, she started asking me to embrace a hug, which I refused. My phone was closed. I asked me to recharge my phone several times, but she did not clarify me.
