Police have filed an FIR on charges of murder after 35 -year -old dairy operator, Junaid Qureshi, allegedly died after maintaining injuries during a late night confrontation on the transport of cattle in Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh on Monday night. The man’s family claims that he was attacked by the vigilance of the cow.
Qureshi, who operated a dairy business in Jinsi area of Bhopal, died at Hamidia Hospital. His companions of Shyampur, Armaan, are important.
A senior official said that the police have registered an FIR against several persons and made at least three arrests, but did not disclose further details.
The alleged incident occurred when Qureshi and Armaan were taking seven cows and one bull in a pickup truck near Mehrgaon village. Family members alleged that 20-25 people stopped their vehicle between Sanchi and Raisen and subjected both men to be beaten overnight.
Mohammad Major Qureshi, a family member, alleged, “He was carrying cows for dairy. The men stopped them in the megaon and defeated them through the night.”
The family also claimed that the attackers looted about 2 lakh rupees from them.
Along with this, the police have filed a separate FIR against Qureshi, based on the complaint of the owner of a Raisen-based bike workshop, under the blocks of prevention of cruelty under the Animal Act and the publication of the slaughter of coves Act of Madhya Pradesh.

The complainant claimed that he and three others stopped the vehicle of Qureshi on a tip-off basis about smuggling from Rahatgarh area.
He claimed that the group found the cattle “cruelly” in the vehicle, which was bound to slaughterhouses in Bhopal. He claimed that when questioned about cattle transport, Qureshi and Armaan “did not give a satisfactory answer and tried to escape from the vehicle” and “” When they fell while running, there was continuous injuries. “
The rescued cattle have been taken to Vitathal Bhai’s Gaushala in Vidisha.
