Sources said that officials of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and other central agencies visited the Ahmedabad aircraft accident site on Friday.
A London-Bound Air India flight-boiling 787 Dreamliner aircraft crashed in a medical college campus with passengers and 12 crew members on the board, on Thursday afternoon to fly from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport in Ahmedabad.
Officials of central agencies visited the accident site, sources said, without dividing further details.
Air India has confirmed that the flight has killed 241 people. Only one passenger miraculously survived the accident.
Under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, the Bureau of Aircraft Investigation (AAIB) has started investigating the accident.

AAIB is responsible for classification of safety incidents associated with aircraft operated in Indian airspace and aircraft operated in serious events.
Officials of the Gujarat Police and Fire Brigade said that its analysis would provide important clues about the disaster.
