Rahul Gandhi leads Oppan March for the EC office in Patna at the Election Rolls Revision in Bihar

Opposition to Bihar today: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday led a Mahagatban in the Election Commission office in Patna, which was running. Election roll amendment Beyond Bihar assembly elections.

Rahul RJD leader Tejashvi Yadav, CPI (ML) Liberation General Secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya, CPI General Secretary D Raja and senior leaders of other opposition parties were included. Rahul, along with other leaders, was on top of a vehicle during the protest march, which began in the Income Tax Golmber in Patna.

Next to the rally, Tejashvi Yadav told the news agency ANI, “The Election Commission has become a wing of a political party … Will two people of Gujarat decide which person of Bihari can cast a vote? The Election Commission has lost its credibility. Preparations are being made on a landlord to remove the names of poor people from the voter list.”

He said: “First, his names are being removed, then his pension and his ration will be removed.”

Earlier in the day, railway tracks were blocked in various regions in the state and burnt as protests in Bihar on this issue.

Celebration offer

Congress workers were seen blocking the tracks at the Sanchivale Halt railway station on Wednesday morning. Similar scenes were seen at Jehanabad railway station, where members of RJD students blocked the tracks.

Purnia’s independent MP, Pappu Yadav, who has raised his support for protest, was present at the Sachivale Halt railway station. “We won’t leave the Election Commission. They have destroyed the lives of the poor people of the country,” he said.

The opposition has called the practice “flawed” and “unnecessary”. RJD MP Manoj Kumar Jha and ADR have transferred the Supreme Court against the drive. The apex court will hear the case tomorrow.
