Officials said the security forces started a search operation near a forest area in Katua district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday, when the suspected agitation was detected, the officials said.
He said that a citizen had seen three suspects in the Saladhi area of Hiranagar.
A joint operation team is engaged in search, and vigilance has intensified in the area and with the highway.
