On Sunday morning, the pilot of a helicopter crashed in Uttarakhand was an army veteran from Jaipur with a service of about 15 years. Captain Rajveer Singh Chauhan was out of seven out of seven after Captain Rajveer Singh Chauhan carried the pilgrims of Char Dham Yatra, who crashed near Gurikund in Rudraprayag.
Increasing his condolences, Rajasthan Cabinet Minister Rajyarnan Rathore said, “Jaipur’s pilot lieutenant colonel (retired) Rajveer Singh Chauhan’s helicopter in the helicopter crack of Rajveer Singh Chauhan during untimely death, it completely provides peace to the family for the family.
Chauhan began a 407 helicopter flight in October. He joined the Indian Army in 2009, and his final position was Lieutenant Colonel. According to his LinkedIn Profile, his role was “involved in the operation plan and will execute and navigate flying missions on areas challenging cities.”
“I led the initiatives that affect remote communities, from the construction of a primary school to the establishment of a healthcare center, enhancing the quality of life for the local population. My leadership increased to a team of 50 high efficient air traffic workers. I led the plan and execution of flying operations in the complex area of Punjab, with the international boundary, Chaown said in its profile.
He said, “We were at the forefront of crises, provided human assistance and disaster relief in flood situations, saved life, and provided significant supply to our soldiers,” he said.

He also said that his total flight with the Indian Army was more than 2,000 hours. He completed his Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Rajasthan in 2007, according to LinkedIn Profile.
Confirming the accidents and deaths, Nilesh filling, Inspector General, law and order, said, “Around 5.20 pm on Sunday, the helicopter went missing after carrying passengers from Kedarnath, the route to Guptakashi. It crashed into Garikund, causing seven deaths.

The Uttarakhand Civil Aviation Development Authority (UCADA) issued a statement stating that Aryan Aviation’s helicopter, a bell 407 utility chopper, “crashed near Garikund for unknown reasons”.
Uttarkand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that local administration and other rescue teams are engaged in relief and rescue operations. “I pray to Baba Kedar for the safety of all the passengers,” he wrote on X.
