JD (U) has issued a show-composer notice to its MP Giridhari Yadav, who on Wednesday called the special intensive amendment of the electoral roll in Bihar as “Tughlaqi decree” (sick-kalpana dick).
JD (U), the ruling party of Bihar and the BJP’s ally, Banka MP Yadav said outside Parliament, “There is no practical knowledge of the Election Commission. It neither knows history nor geography of Bihar; it does not know anything.”
The MP said, “It took me 10 days to arrange all the documents,” the MP said that his son lives in America. “How will he sign in just one month?” He said. “This (sir) is forcefully imposed on us.
The MP had clarified that he was giving his “personal opinion” and no matter what his party is saying “.
The show-causing notice signed by the party’s national general secretary, Afaq Ahmed Khan, “You know that some opposition parties, who are disappointed with their election results, are running a continuous campaign to discredit ECI, especially on the issue of electronic voting machines (EVMs), with the sole purpose of creating a constitutional organization’s work,”

“Our party, Janata Dal (United) has consistently supported the use of ECI and EVMs, both during our time in India alliance and now as part of the NDA alliance,” says this. “In this context, your public remarks on such a sensitive case, especially in an election year, cause embarrassment not only for the party, but also inadvertently provides credibility to the baseless and politically motivated allegations made by the opposition.”
“JD (U) sees your conduct as a lapse in discipline and is not in line with the party’s position on the matter. So you are called to give reasons within 15 days of achieving this. Notice, when failed, what disciplinary action can be initiated against you,” it tells.
