Three people, including two drug pedals and a cattle smuggler, were booked on Saturday in three districts of Jammu and Kashmir under the Strict Public Safety Act (PSA).
Arun Javed, Imran Hussain Giri and Makhan Lal were identified as, the accused was arrested in Kathua, Rishtar and Udampur respectively.
Police said that a team of Jammu and Kashmir Police of Bilwar Police Station in Katua caught Javed of a staunch criminal/drug pedal, Dadwa village. In view of his alleged involvement in illegal activities in the past, a doseer was prepared against him under the supervision of Kathua SSP, Shobit Sakasena, and sent to the District Magistrate who issued a warrant, ordering his custody under the PSA.
