Accusing the BJP government in Odisha, Adani Group President Gautam Adani, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday alleged that the Jagannath Yatra chariots for the Indian billionaire and his family were stopped last month.
“When the Jagannath Yatra is taken out in Odisha, millions of people watch it and follow it when chariots are drawn. Then, there is a drama and the Raths for Adani and his family was stopped.
The rally, a part of the Congress’s plan to revive the organization in Odisha, comes even after two weeks of the nationalpatt, Sanghana General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale, while in an incident last month, was said to review the words “socialist and secular”, which was later added.

Gandhi, who attended the rally with All India Congress Committee President Mallikarjun Kharge, said that the Odisha government was “5-6 billion-like” with the purpose of stealing “water, forest and land” (water, forest and land) from the tribals of the state, which is 22 percent of the state’s population.

Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Gandhi said that the constitution is “now attacking”.
“It is not written anywhere in the Constitution that the country is of Adani, Ambani and Arabs. This country belongs to every citizen. The land of the country belongs to the poor and farmers and not a single billionaire. But wherever we see, it is Odisha or Chhattisgarh, only one name is being seen.”
