Father of two children who were found living in one Remote cave in Karnataka with her Russian motherOn Friday, meeting his children is his immediate priority, but he did not get permission from the authorities to do so.

Russian National Nina Kutina, 40, And two of his minor daughters, aged 6 and 4, were saved by police last week in Uttara Kannada district of Karnataka, from a remote cave in Ramattha hills near Gokarna.

Children’s father, 38 -year -old Drear Goldstein, an Israeli National, has demanded his shared custody and urged the authorities not to deport their daughters in Russia with their mother.

Goldstein while interacting with his lawyer said that he was unable to meet his daughters on Thursday, when he visited Nirodh Kendra in Tumkuru district of Karnataka, where Nina and his girls are registered.

He said that he went to Taumakuru from Bangalore and waited at the detention center.

Advocate, Bena Pillai, who represented Goldstein, told The Indian Express“He was waiting from morning to evening. The authorities asked him to get permission from the Regional Registration Office (FRRO) of the foreigners, and he wrote an email to FRRO to allow his daughters to meet.

“He only wants to meet his children. After that, everyone can probably do a cordial disposal,” Pillai said, Goldstein has now returned to Bangalore.

According to a complaint from a missing person lodged by Goldstein at Panaji police station in Goa on 14 December 2024, she met Arambol from Nina during his visit to Goa in October 2017, after which he ‘fell in love “.

In police complaint, Goldstein had recalled the period of his long engagement and bitterness and isolation in the last eight years. “I am worried about the health and emotional good of my daughters. They are not in school and spend all their time with their mother and some of their friends, not in their children’s company. They are not allowed socially and are kept in a closed group … I want to be a part of my daughters’ lives and it is accurately missing, and I am getting information about emotions.
