Union Health Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party national president JP Nadda said on Saturday that Operation Sindoor is a proof of India’s military power and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “bold decisive leadership”.
Nadda was visiting Jaipur for a program to mark the 16th -century Maratha Queen Ahilibai Holkar’s 300th birth anniversary. In the main event of Entertainment Paradise (EP) cinema on Tonk Road, Nadda said “it was necessary to celebrate the birth anniversary of great contributors in our history, but a true tribute will be done only when we will try to adopt our work in our lives”.
He said, “Ahilibai was not just a great warrior, who fought with the Mughals after the death of her husband, but who also worked for the overall development of her students. Ahilibai Holkar was a full leader,” she said.
He also claimed that it was the BJP that brought back leaders like Ahilibai from the dustbin of history, where he was “buried for 70 years”. “We need to ask this question – why was he not remembered for so many years?” He asked.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he claimed when it came for development. He gave an example when Modi was upset to get some women to get relief in the open after sunset.
“He was embarrassed by the incident and dedicated his work in building toilets in every house,” he claimed that “when Modi ji asked to ensure that there are toilets in every house in the raid in the Red Fort, the opposition leaders laughed. The dignified life,” he said.

Nadda also referred to ‘Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiam’ – or the reservation bill of women and said that by 2029, women make 33 percent Parliament.
Former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje also referred to the proposed law -Constitution (one hundred and sixth amendment) Act, which allocates 33 percent seats in Lok Sabha and Assembly for women – it is called “true tribute to Ahilibai”.
He said, “Ahilibai was just a ruler and skilled in administrative matters. He also led the army and ruled Malwa as a witness with Lord Shiva,” he said.
Nadda is on a day visit to Jaipur. According to BJP sources, it is scheduled to meet some BJP MLAs behind closed doors.
