Kerala Education Minister V Shivkutty on Wednesday removed the Lakshadweep administration’s decision to remove Arabic and Mahal languages ​​from the island’s school curriculum, called it a “deep disturbing”.

The statement said that the Lakshadweep administration has decided to remove the mother tongues of the island from Arabic and the palace from the courses of the school.

The Central Government is violating the constitutional rights of linguistic minorities by denying the right to learn their regional languages,” she said.
