Modi is silent on Trump ceasefire claims: Rahul Gandhi in Bihar | Bharat News

Targeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Friday claimed that US President Donald Trump “reiterated 11 times that he forced him to surrender”, referring to a ceasefire with Pakistan after four days.

Addressing a constitution-theme meeting in Rajgir, Nalanda, Gandhi said, “Whenever we use a little pressure on PM Modi, he easily caves.

This was Gandhi’s fifth visit to Bihar in the last five months. Regarding the caste census, Gandhi again batted for the Telangana model and vowed that the 50% quota cap “barrier will break”, whoever came to power in the country, and cited examples of Telangana and Karnataka, where his party is in power.

Unlike the “two models of caste census”, Gandhi said, “In the BJP model, the officials prepare the questionnaire from their offices. In the Telangana model, we questioned more than 3 lakh people belonging to SCS, STS, EBC and OBC.” Attacking the government led by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, he said that Bihar has become the “crime capital” of India due to the land of “truth, justice and non -violence”.
