Dubey also emphasized that many sections of the country who did not vote for the BJP earlier, now support it and the party has broken new land in many states. “When Modiji came, the vote bank which was never related to the BJP, especially among the poor, moved towards the party due to his trust. Some people may like it or not, but it’s a reality,” he told ANI.
Responding to speculation on a potential successor of Modi to lead the party, Dubey said that he cannot help, but does not see anyone except Modi as a leader for the next 15-20 years. “2029 ka chunav bhi BJP ki mazboori hai ki modiji ke naturalitav mein ladna padega … (This is the BJP’s compulsion to contest 2029 (Lok Sabha elections) under the leadership of PM Modi. BJP needs Modiji as a party worker.
He insisted that Modi’s name alone can secure votes for the party and it is a will for his leadership and those who have people. “As long as his body is allowed, we will need his leadership to achieve its goal of developed by 2047,” Dubey said.
